Scouting Trains Leaders We're a Boy Led Troop The boys take care of almost every aspect of our program. For example: Leading the patrols Taking care of equipment Teaching younger scouts Writing articles for our newsletter If the boys didn't do their jobs, a Troop our size couldn't function
Scouting Trains Leaders After his first year, each of our Scouts takes on a position of leadership Leadership is a requirement for the higher ranks As he gets older, he takes on more responsibility There are job descriptions for every job listing the objective, requirements, qualifications, and the level of commitment expected from the Scout in that job You can see their jobs on our organization chart
