a) Indicative Timeline Xoserve and Joint Office have developed Indicative Timeline of Activities for 2014/15 – published against this UNCC meeting Objectives Give advance notice of key dates Raise awareness of key interactions relating to AUGS and AUG Table Identify key activity dates for UNCC parties Relevant meeting dates are all now scheduled Dates are indicative based on current AUG Guidelines and past experience “Swimlanes” identify UNCC and Shipper involvement Document will be updated if any timings change for operational or other reasons

b) Review of 2013/14 Process AUG Year runs from April to following March 2014/15 Table was approved at January UNCC AUG Guidelines place obligation on GTs to review AUG activities for previous year and report to UNCC Request for feedback issued and published on JO website on 08/04/14 Responses requested by 29/04/14 Xoserve will collate and analyse responses and report back to June or July meeting Neither Xoserve nor AUGE can initiate change to Guidelines
