OCC & Standard Commodity Changes

2. Action 0301
Ahead of the two months notice typically given for notice of changes to transportation charges, NG would require at least one month to calculate:
New OCC rates for any approved Modification (636 or any alternate); and
Updated TO and SO Entry and Exit Commodity rates
Ideally any change would take effect from 1st of the month
Current processes for commodity and NTS OCC reconciliation work on a monthly process and billing cycle.

3. Action 0301
Three months post decision to implementation is therefore preferable. For example:
If the implementation date was to be 1 April or 1 October then this would mean certainty needed by end of December or end of June respectively
If the implementation was to be 1 December, certainty would be needed by end of August.

4. Action 0301 NTS OCC Notification
At the same time as the two months notice is given for updated commodity and OCC it is anticipated a process would be followed to advise all registered OCC users of any change to OCC rates and the dates they would become effective
This would be to allow these parties to change their nomination regarding OCC in the relevant systems with Xoserve
Updated Commodity notification
Updated commodity charges would be notified by usual channels with updated charges issued via the Joint Office and updated Transportation Charging Statement.
