Ongoing Projects (wrt collaboration tools) Videoconference room equipment Contact with users for defining the requested service Creation of the RCTF Monthly (?) meetings Contacts with videoconference resellers (Tandberg, Polycom, Aethra) Analyze the best balance between budgets, needed quality of service and proposed equipment from resellers Choose a system for improving and harmonizing the VC at CERN Test the chosen systems Supervise their installation Determine in each case if an improvement is also needed in the room itself (carpet, walls, lighting…) Study the possibility of recording the VC sessions and play them back on demand T.
