FALL INTRAMURALS Fall intramurals begin next Thursday, August 24. We will be playing soccer and flag football every Tuesday and Thursday after school until 4:30. All students from all grade levels are invited to attend. The cost is a ridiculously low $10. Don’t miss this opportunity ! Get a permission slip from Mr. Bajusz in Room 1105, Mr. Parlier in Room 2364 or from your P.E. teacher.

Drama Club Thompson Interested in being an ACTING TIGER? Might be the place for you!  1st Meeting: Thursday, August 31st from 3:10-4:30 in the cafeteria. Fall Play Auditions: Thursday, September 7th from 3:10-5:30pm The Fall Play is called Ax of Murder and is a murder mystery comedy. Please see Mrs. Gray in Room 2121 with any questions!

OHS FOOTBALL GAMES All Junior High students are welcome to attend OHS football home games; however MUST be with a parent or a sibling who is of adult age or attends OHS. There is no re-entry into the stadium, so if they come in and walk out for any reason, they are not allowed to re-enter. Entry cost for students is $2

MAKE UP PICTURES/RETAKES Make Up Pictures and Picture Retakes will be held on Tuesday, August 29 during PE classes.  All students who were not at schedule pick up before school started must have a picture taken.  Picture retakes will only be for students who have a completed picture form.  Students can receive a form in the main office.

SPLASH INTO SCIENCE Hey 8th Graders! There is still time to sign up for the Splash Into Science trip! This is the perfect way to spend your Spring Break! You’ll be able to Swim with Dolphins, Snorkel in 2 Coral Reefs, Kayak through the Mangroves, go to the Everglades at night and day! And there is so much more. There is an informational Parent Meeting on Thursday, August 31 in the Traughber Multipurpose Room at 7:00PM. We hope to see you there!
