Microsoft Excel Chapter 3

Chapter 2 – Managing Data Insert rows: Left click on the row which you want to insert, then click the insert icon on the Home tab and choose insert row. Step 2 Step 1

Managing Data Insert column: Left click on the column which you want to insert, then click the insert icon on the Home tab and choose insert column. Step 1 Step 2

Managing Data Autofill – to continue a series into adjacent cells: Select the cells, move the cursor to the bottom-right corner of the cell. When the cursor change to ┼, left click and drag down. Excel will fill the cells with increasing number for the selected cells. Step 1 Step 2
