Lesson descriptions should be brief. ENVIDRA - Strategic Leadership Workshop, Atlanta USA

Leadership Levels …contd. Production Level: Key – Results Starting to help bottom line. You become effective. Produce by example - People do what people see. You are credible. You model for them best practice. You attract people who are productive. And encourage others to follow. You have momentum and solve problems creatively at this level. Summary Importance of leadership in a challenging world to make us feel safe and for us to be the best that we can. The five levels – We must grow beyond positional leadership and try to get to the pinnacle of leadership: You must understand when you cast a vision that those you lead see you in one of these levels. It is different for every one and to be successful you need to understand how they see you and work to elevate perception appropriately. Group Work: Try and identify where you are in your leadership journey and which level your followers see you. ENVIDRA - Strategic Leadership Workshop, Atlanta USA
