Establishment of Disability Resource and Development Center (DRDC). Objectives: Build an inclusive library spaces and services. In support to one of the Key Result Areas of the government – Making growth inclusive in order to raise the equality of the Filipino workforce. NLP as central node of DRDC which will be cascaded in all public libraries in the country
