Spiritual and experiential preparation Burnout is a significant problem among urban workers so we seek to nurture an urban spirituality in participants. We recognize that ministry among the urban poor is something that cannot be learned only in the classroom We emphasize experiential learning by connecting the classroom to marginalized urban peoples.
