As a consequence the interest of polluters for their own emissions has arose. Certified institutions are engaged in measuring emissions. The practice of delivering emissions data to SEPA has not jet been established. WORKING ON THE GHG INVENTORY –In the frame of the the “Technical assistance for the signature and ratification of the Kyoto Protocol and for establishment of a system of Renewable Energy Green Certificates” witch gives MINISTRY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ITALY, is done also at GHG inventory adjusted to reporting to UNFCCC.
