Killer Whales look like: Orcas have long rounded bodies with a dorsal fin on it’s back. They have black bodies with white bellies and spots around their eyes.
Three characteristics of it: It’s a BIG animal They use echolocation The males are bigger than females
Population: The Killer Whale population is uncertain
Diet: The Killer Whale eats: fish, squid, birds, and marine mammals
Why it WAS endangered It was endangered because it was widely hunted by humans.
Habitat: It lives in areas such as: open ocean and close to shore. Some are always moving.
