Haeger 516 vs PEM Series 4 Fully Hydraulic – consistent force independent on air pressure fluctuations Press in up to M8 nuts and M6 studs independent of available air pressure (PS 4 needs 8.6 bar air pressure to press in M8 nuts and M6 studs) Tooling lengths independent! able to build up pressure in every point of stroke Safety system effective in every point of stroke and NO setup stroke required Repeatability of force within 1% - independent of air pressure fluctuations Smallest force is 220lbs (within 2% consistent!) Additional Auto-feed systems are mounted on mobile carts (20”W x 31”L) taking up much needed space and cumbersome tooling set-up LIGHTSTREAM safety system must be set-up per job and steps whether auto-feeding or manual tooling applications. No safety system unless it is set-up (Sets up like the Haeger TPS (tool protection system) Longer auto-feed tooling set-ups and not as reliable and flexible as Haeger tooling. Limited special Auto-feed tooling availability Ram is set back further than Haeger and PEM operators complain about the controls being right in their faces Decreased life span on servo driven Ram Auto feed tooling difficult to set up

(Unlike Haeger safety system.) Adjustable positive-stop ram system (set manually)
