COURSE REGISTRATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

COURSE REGISTRATION You should make your course registration between 07th-11th September ,2015.

Be careful about these during your course registration

Go on Istanbul Bilgi University’s official web page Select ‘English’ as Language Go on Istanbul Bilgi University’s official web page

Go to ‘SIS’ (StudentPages)

Fill in the blanks

Click on ‘registration’

TAKE APPOINTMENT FOR COURSE REGISTRATION First, you should schedule an appointment for course registration. Online appointment can be made on the web site, starting a week before the course registration. You can set up your appointment online in just 4 simple steps.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE COURSE REGISTRATION Please plan your courses first by looking at the course catalogue. If you take a course with consent or special capacity, get your approval from it’s instructor. Please make alternative list of courses in case there is a seat capacity problem with the course that you have selected. You may find your advisor’s or other instructor’s contact info on rehber.bilgi.edu.tr

COURSE REGISTRATION ‘ Step by Step’ You can do your course registration in the time slot you have selected , From your student page under Term Registration.

STEP:1 Click on ‘Term Registration’

STEP:2 You may see your academic standing, Academic semester,semester course load On this page. Click ‘next’ to continue

Select a packet and please click ‘next’ to continue STEP:7 Select a packet and please click ‘next’ to continue

You may see your schedule. STEP:8 You may see your schedule. You may see your courses selected. You may finish your registration. OR,If you would like to make any change you can click on’’undo’’button. If you would like to do your course registration from the beginning,than please use ‘’Restart’’.

Please read here carefully!!!!

STEP:9 Click on the checkbox Note:Once you have finished your registration ,you can not make any change on your course registration.Please check your schedule once again before click on ‘Finish’. If you want to make any change after click on ‘Finish’, you should get disapproval for your registration from your advisor.

Finish your registration!!!! STEP:10 Finish your registration!!!!

STEP:11 İmportant note: Your advisor You have finished your registration.You should print your shedule and show it your advisor.Your schedule is not valid until your registration is approved by your advisor by the end of the registartion period!!!!

You may see your schedule and your registration code under ‘Program’. STEP:12 You may see your schedule and your registration code under ‘Program’.

Important note: If you click finish button and finalize your registration you can return to the system to change your courses, here are the steps to follow : Click ‘’undo’’ button You can start selecting your courses from the beginning . When you complete your selection,click the finish button and get your registration code approved by your advisor.

WITHDRAWAL You may withdraw from any of your classes from your student’s personal page (SIS)under the withdrawal request link till November,27th,2015.

ADD-DROP You may change your courses in the add drop period from your student’s personal page under add-drop link, September 21th-22nd and 28th ,2015 .

SECTION CHANGE You may change the class hours with an other alternative one (if available) from your student’s personal page (SIS)under the section change part. Section change is between October 1st- October 12th , 2015.
