We’re here for YOU Drop In to… get support and explore your options talk to someone in confidence help with form filling and getting benefits use our washing & laundry facilities get practical help like a food parcel/hot meal We’re not here to judge – we’re here to help Our Floating Support team can... meet you in your home or another safe place of your choice Help you to live independently provide emotional and well being support explore education, employment and training opportunities help with budgeting and cooking on a budget We don’t criticise – we build confidence Abbi said, “The Basement helped me get my money sorted…” Bella commented, “I was struggling at home but with the Basement’s help things are better…” Cathy said that without the Basement and their support she didn’t even know whether she would still be alive! Sometimes in life you just need someone to talk to and trust our Trustees are here to manage the project our staff are here to support you and help give you independence our volunteers are here to support our staff and you That’s it!
