Partners of the TBPfH operate programs that provide food access, recreation, arts and culture programming, public engagement, supportive housing, healthcare services and social services. Long-term Goals Short-term Goals Promote healthy lifestyles focused on nutrition, exercise, and social well-being. Activate public space to support healthy living. Empower residents to make healthy choices. Make holistic health more accessible, attainable, and attractive. Short-term Goals Host and maintain a #2BHealthy web calendar and produce print materials to function as communications tool for health events and activities, as well as a local resource guide. Expand the Two Bridges Partnership for Health with a recruitment focus on Tenant Associations, school leaders, and neighborhood youth representatives. Implement at least one activation strategy with two to three partners.

Resource sharing, capacity building, and network connections: Indoor Fresh Food Box Program at Gouverneur Citibike Community Engagement and Community Access MapsCorps program

Lessons Learned Include more time for planning and before implementing projects. Create different opportunities for commitment/participation when engaging with partners and residents. Institute for Healthcare Improvement - Scientific Model for Improvement – Evaluate programs in short cycles to get better insights. People with lived experience need to be included in the planning and implementation of programs and projects.

Key Challenge One of the key challenges we are facing is tailoring a level of engagement to each partner that is realistic and achievable. Many organizations, including our own, have transitioned staff since we started. Question How do you motivate partners to engage or participate in an effort that is unprecedented, but important?
