Oring Constraints

Create necessary geometry changes We want to have the Oring Constraints at specified locations We can specify the location on an edge, we just need to create it. Create an offset plane first

Create The Edge Use the Split Face tool in the modify dropdown. Select the inner annular face as the “Faces to Split” Click the splitting tool and select the plane. Click OK Hide the plane if you’d like.

Remove interferences Use Combine tool Select outer cup as target Select inner cup as tool Check Keep Tools checkbox Click OK

Head to the Simulation Workspace Put your pressure load on every interior surface that is below the split we created (I used a random number for the load). I selected the top faces to fully constrain the model. (Using Rigid Body could work but may have trouble with mesh dependency. Use the Automatic contacts and you are set.
