Agenda Characteristics of the Paperless and Cashless Poland Program Goals and focus of the 13 streams of the Program Projects realized within each Program stream

Paperless & Cashless Poland Paperless & Cashless Poland is the governmental Program aimed at digitizing services, processes and transactions It includes 13 streams focusing on limiting paper documentation and manual processes in administration and increasing cashless circulation https://mc.gov.pl/files/paperless_cashless_poland- program_overview.pdf

Projects realized within Digital Public Services Development of meta-rules and rules of building digital public services and a standard of service description for public entities Developing the concept of the Administration Knowledge Base Developing standards and guidelines for digital public services Audit of the existing digital public services and implementation of their optimized versions Digitization of two new calendar services Digitization of services covering the most important life situations of citizens within the Digital Services Laboratory

Projects realized within e-Reporting Identify the possible range of changes in reporting from the perspective of the greatest potential benefits to the economy Introduction of integrated electronic reporting standard for the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance and Central Statistical Office based on National Register reports Introduction of the optimal reporting standard under the Telecommunications Law

Projects realized within Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies Carry out an educational campaign about the possibilities of using blockchain technology in administration and in various economic fields Preparation of legislative proposals ensuring the free development of blockchain technology and digital currency in Poland Pilot use of blockchain technology in the economy Development of a regulatory sandbox design for blockchain technology Launch of the blockchain incubator / accelerator Preparation of a code of "best practices" for cryptocurrency companies

Projects realized within e-Box & e-Delivery Launch of universal e-Box for electronic delivery Introduction of changes in the law governing the recording of electronic delivery Preparation of the organizational and technical standard of e-delivery services

Projects realized within IT Architecture Amendment of the Resolution on the Integrated IT Programming of the State in accordance with the new strategy of the Ministry of Digital Affairs Establishment of a new structure for the Ministry of Digital Affairs focused on implementation of projects Development of a vision of the State Information Architecture Current architectural support for all Streams of the Program Creation of the GOV.PL portal covering the websites of all ministries Expansion of the functionality of the portal with a service part and the integration of subsequent administration sites with the ecosystem GOV.PL
