The best performers are almost always the ones who practice the most. I have yet to find a talented person who didn’t earn their talent through hard work and thousands of hours of practice”.

Remember: Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back. Harvey MacKay

Think now about how you can best use your time to make maximum progress? Or

“Plan your progress carefully; hour-by hour, day-by-day, month-by-month. Organised activity and maintained enthusiasm are the wellsprings of your power.” Paul J. Meyer Remember – it’s hard work! “If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Frederick Douglass

Set yourself clear goals A person without a goal is like a ship without a rudder. Without goals, and plans to reach them, you are like a ship that has set sail with no destination. If you're not sure where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.

People with goals or targets know where they're going. succeed because they know where they're going.

They harness the power of their subconscious minds. Use visualisation. Top successful athletes imagine or picture themselves achieving and winning They harness the power of their subconscious minds.

Each day will never happen again Each day will never happen again. Don't waste each day with a false start or no start at all. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success that is certain to echo through your entire day.

These are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence. Eddie Robinson What is your will to win? What is your desire to succeed? What urge do you have to reach your full potential?
