Ten steps to ISO 9000 1. Develop a quality policy and objectives for quality 2. Identify the responsibilities and authorities of personnel 3. Plan and implement a system to meet objectives 4. Document the system 5. Carry out internal audit to identify gaps in the system, if any

Ten steps to ISO 9000 ... 6. Take corrective and / or action to close the gaps 7. Review the system and improve continuously by repeating the above steps 8. Select suitable certifying body and get documentation review done 9. Pre-assessment audit, corrections 10. Certification audit, receive certificate
