What is Project Management? First off, What is a Project ? So now, What is project management? Projects are discrete sequences of activities with starting points and defined completion points. Project Management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources so that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
