Benjamin Franklin Inventor: (noun) A person who makes something for the first time that no one else knew how to make. Invent: (verb) means to make something that no person ever made before. Benjamin Franklin invented the stove. (noun) Benjamin Franklin invented bifocals.(noun) Bifocals are eyeglasses that help people see far away and very close at the same time. The eyeglasses have two (2) types of lenses (the part of the glass you see through) for each eye. Benjamin Franklin invented a rocking chair.(noun) He made many more inventions and also helped the United States become a country.
