The Best Interview Body Language

EYE-CONTACT

Empowerment- This picture is important because it show the person standing is in power.

Communication- This picture is important because is shows good listening skills

Sitting position- This picture is important because it is a good interview position.

Eye-Contact Your eye contact will give the observer (in this case the interviewer) the impression that you are honest or you are trying to hide something.

Posture

Posture Your posture is important because: 1) it directly affects your health and fitness, 2) it sends a message about how you feel about yourself, 3) good posture can make you appear taller, thinner and more at ease.

SMILE SMILE

Smile Job seekers who smile come across as energetic and cheerful.  And if you’re smiling, you’re probably approaching the interview the right way: relaxed, friendly, and confident.
