Atlantic City Race Course Rehabilitation Area 250+ acre developed site near AC X’way, Rt 40/322 & CR 575 2005- early 2009 owners did not want any involvement with redevelopment designation or a redevelopment plan. Spring 2009 owners requested designation as an Area in Need of Rehabilitation – Approved August 2009.
