Welcome to St. Peter Today’s hymns, Bible readings, prayers and message emphasize the loving concern that God wants his children to have for each other, especially when a fellow believer is falling away and is in spiritual danger. May God bless our worship!

Prayer Before Worship Lord, in eternity you were concerned about me. In mercy, you sent your Son to be my Savior. In baptism you claimed me to be your own. Through the gospel you have preserved me in faith. Where would I be without you? Make me truly concerned about the spiritual welfare of other believers. Give me the courage and strength to go “all out” to win them back for you. Amen.

OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus gives us his true body and blood. We express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of our church or the WELS/ELS. Visitors and guests who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

Welcome to St. Peter! There are friendship registers at the end of each row. Please take a moment to give us your information so we have a record of your time with us today.

For Our Guests If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. If you’d like to learn more about St. Peter and it’s ministry, please talk to a pastor or member after the service.
