Jesus reminds us how important His house of worship is St. Peter Worship at Key to Life Saturday, March 7, 2015

2 Welcome to St. Peter! We near the half-way Sunday in the six weeks of Lent. We are glad you have come to God’s house today as Jesus teaches us what His place of worship is really for and that is to worship Him as our Prophet, Priest, and King.

3 Welcome to St. Peter! There are friendship registers at the end of each row of chairs. Please take a moment to give us your information so that we have a record of your time with us today. Thank you!

4 For Our Guests If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. If you’d like to learn more about St. Peter and its ministry, please talk to a pastor or member after the service.

6 Prayer before Worship Dear Lord, your zeal for your house is extraordinary. It is the most important activity for believers to come together and grow in faith with your word. May we use this chance here today in your house of prayer to do just that. Amen

8 OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE
In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus gives us his true body and blood. We express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of our church or the WELS. Visitors and guests who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

9 Easter for Kids St. Peter Lutheran School - Saturday, March 28th from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. at Northland RSVP by signing up in the Information Center or call the church office.

10 Estate Planning Seminar On March 22
Harold Mears, a WELS planned giving counselor, will conduct an Estate Planning seminar between services in the church basement on Sunday, March 22.

11 “Page Flippers” Monday, March 9th 7:00pm Fireside room
To discuss “Empty Mansions” by Bill Dedman and Paul Clark Newman.

12 Lent Services & Suppers The 4th midweek Lenten service will be at 4:00 & 7:00 with church family suppers in between. The Senior Choir & Handbell Choirs host a supper of chili & trimmings between services in the basement.
