Eat healthy food! Broccoli has a lot of vitamins in it.

Eat grains every day, and you should make them whole grains. Grains make you stronger and they make you run faster.

Eat three cups of dark green vegetables.

Berries help your heart, so eat fruit but don’t drink fruit juice because it has a lot of calories. Berries are good for you because they have a lot of vitamin C.
