Technology Support Strategy for UNI Learning Spaces August, 2016

Background For many years, IT organizations across campus have provided outstanding classroom service and support to faculty within their respective colleges. As part of a recent technology review process, faculty communicated the need for a consistent approach to classroom technology and support across the enterprise. In response, a draft vision and project plan has been developed for the support of instructor-led learning spaces and your input is essential!
