brew When you brew a drink such as iced tea, you make it yourself by pouring very hot water over the tea and then cooling it.

brew Frank Eppherson liked to brew his own drinks. I like to brew iced tea in a big glass jar in the summer.

Supplies are the materials and equipment needed to do a job.
