Payment Methods Reference for payment entry application Payment Scenario Payment Entry Application 1.Know open item(invoice) to be associated -- 1.Use Express Deposit 2.Know payment is NOT to be associated with an-- 2.Use Regular Deposit and “check” the box open item or any customer account ”Journal Directly” 3 Know open item(invoice) but payment received-- 3.Use Regular Deposit but do NOT “check” is either over or short the box “Journal Directly” .
