Changes Through the Seasons
Spring is the best time to plant bulbs in the ground or in a pot of dirt.
Bulbs grow up to be flowers Bulbs grow up to be flowers. They grow roots in the soil, then they grow leaves and a stem. Finally, a flower opens on the top of the stem. This flower is a daffodil.
A few daffodils can grow together in a pot, or more bulbs can make a whole field of daffodils!

By summer, the leaf buds grow into big leaves that cover the trees.

In the summer, the leaves are green, but in the fall they turn yellow, orange and red.

After winter, the world is ready for another spring!
