introduction Deserts are all over the world but not in Europe.Not all deserts are sandy. The Antarctica desert is the biggest ice desert in the world.The Sahara desert is the biggest sandy desert in the world.

Animals Animals have to adapt to survive in the desert. There are no fish in the desert because there is hardly any water. Most animals come out at night because it is cooler.

Plants Plants have to adapt to survive in the desert.There are many plants in the deserts like cactuses ,Marri gold ,Brittle bush mallow and ocotillo.

Lappet faced vulture Wieght - The lappet faced vulture wieghs 4400-8500g Diet -The lappet faced vulture will feed mostly on carcasses of dead animals since its a scavenger.
