Geo-ecological project management regulations in Russia Environmental considerations – it aims to provide systematic procedures for monitoring, auditing and minimizing environmental impacts. Environmental legislation (law) – is a complex and interlocking body of international treaties (conventions), statutes, regulations, and common law or national legislation (where applicable) that operates to regulate the interaction of humanity and the natural environment, toward the purpose of reducing the impacts of human activity. (Djakonov, et al., 2005).

Conclusion 1. Nowadays, one can observe a merging of different approaches and tendencies in such an aspect as project management. 2. Legal framework in geoecological project management and ecological project document feasibility includes cumulative ecological and environmental protection requirements, such as: Federal laws, Government regulations, decrees, instructions, public health regulations, sanitary & epidemiological rules and regulations, building codes and others.

Conclusion 3. Major geoecological project management is environmental impact assessment – basic document for state ecological expertise. 4. The target of geoecological project management and expertise is the following: - project solutions in compliance to environmental protection laws, regulations and requirements; - reduction of environmental impact through the application of sophisticated technology, provision of minimum impact.
