11 CONTROL SYSTEM - HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT Obligatory control of the properties and their values prescribed in Article 3 of the Rule Book on Waste Types (1) Obligatory control of prescribed properties - Article 23 of the Rule Book on Waste Types (1) Owner of the facility where waste safe treatment methods are guaranteed, is obliged to establish values of the prescribed properties. 16 Competent inspection Agricultural Inspection and Inspection for Plants Protection Monitors of the implementation of measures for the protection of farmland quality
