University Zagreb (Croatia) Erasmus Mundus program had a big influence on my research pedagogical career because there are very good conditions at this university to work on my research. University of Zagreb is very active in inviting different scientists from all over the world. They organized very interesting seminars, trainings and lectures. They were really helpful in my research. I had opportunities to communicate with scientists and other researches to exchange ideas not only in my field, but in several of scientific fields. I was learning how education processes are organized in different countries. I am thankful for Erasmus Mundus programme for giving me such opportunities. EM impact on Career BA Student Saikal Esenamanova As an exchange student of Erasmus Mundus program, I am certain that this opportunity hugely influenced my life. Fist of the all, through the program I was able to study at European university, learn and improve the language skills, meet new peers and create networks. Moreover, it is also experience in multicultural environment, where I was able to study with student from overall of the world. After completion of my study and returning home, I have worked in different areas, however the fact that I was studying abroad helped me many times during the employment process. In 2013 I have applied for master degree within the Erasmus Mundus CEA project and was selected for full time study in Slovenia.
