OABCIG General Obligation Bond Referendum Presentation Facilities Plan Proposal for the OABCIG Elementary/Middle School Building and the OABCIG High School Building

WHY A BOND REFERENDUM In order to provide updated and improved facilities that will be fully accessible so that the district will be able to serve all of our students, families and communities for the next 40 to 50 years. The OABCIG Community School Districts created a Facilities Committee to evaluate the status of our facilities and determine the issues that needed to be addressed. The committee focused on this task for nearly two years.

WHAT WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED? Create viable facilities that will support 21st Century Learning Environments. Enhance the educational impact for students in all grade levels. Enhance and create educational facilities that will attract families to our schools and our communities. Create learning spaces that will be fully accessible and meet the needs of all students at all levels of development. Create a performance auditorium that will provide an enhanced venue for concerts, musicals, plays, recitals and other community activities.
