GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION CENTRE Coordination of RIA procedure opinions on RIAs and public consultations undertaken by the Ministries participation in the Team for Legal Regulations Quality

Team for Legal Regulations Quality (20 high rank officers from ministries) political support for RIA Tasks: Co-ordination of the programme to implement the recommendations of the OECD resulting from the Regulatory Reform Review (published in July 2001) Publication and propagation of knowledge on RIA
