What is ESP? Entrepreneurial Skills Pass - ESP is an exclusive certificate in Europe, that can be obtained by the students who practically activated in the domain of entrepreneurship.

ESP certifies students that they have already obtained the knowledge, the abilities and the necessary attitude to begin their own business or to find a successful job.

How can you get your own ESP? The certificate can be obtained by the students aged between 15 and 20 years old, who are engaged in highschool entrepreneurial programmes, created by Junior Achievement.

How can ESP be obtained? The programme involves creating a pilot company and giving an international examination to attest your entrepreneurial, economic and business abilities.

How can ESP be obtained? During ESP, the students enrolled in the entrepreneurial education JA programmes need to go through the auto-evaluation questionnaire in the beginning of the JA programme and at the end of it. 

How can ESP be obtained? The questions from the questionnaire have as main theme the sense of entrepreneurship and initiative and aim at: Creativity Self-confidence Ability to work in a team Inventiveness Perseverance Assuming responsibility Taking the initiative

How can ESP be obtained? At the end of the theoretical part, only the students that have completed the questionnaire can take the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass exam, which certifies the economic, financial and business knowledge, that was accumulated by taking part in the JA entrepreneurial education program.  

Where is ESP recognized? ESP is recognized in 26 countries and is supported by leading companies, higher education institutions, international organisations and the European Union.

What is the use of ESP? Students who achieve the certification have a competitive advantage when entering the labour market, while employers who recognized ESP receive a standard certificate at EU level, that meets their requirement to have well-trained employees.
