SWOT Analysis Strengths - company will provide cheaper product that will be available 24/7 to the customers. I will not have shipping costs because everything will be done digital which means over the Internet and instantly, customers will not have to wait for the product. Weaknesses – possibility to have financial problems at the beginning could cause my company go bankrupt. Opportunity – large potential market that is willing to pay to watch a movie. Threats – large number of competitors in the similar business and fear of the customers of not having trust in the new company. Netflix being number 1 competitor could take my potential customers.
