Why? 2:14, “Sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right.” Romans 13:1-7 The Romans? George Bush? A Democratically Led Congress?

The Keys of Submission 2:16 = Act as free men, but use your freedom as bondslaves. 2:15 = By doing right you will silence the ignorance of foolish men.

Who Are Christians To Submit To? Their Masters… With Respect Col 3:22-23 “Slaves, in all things obey those who are your masters on earth, not with external service, as those who merely please men, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord. Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men.”
