There would be a lot of crimes Before Reading: Winning money as a prize could bring the winner problems. Make a list of those problems. Then read the article and see if the article mentions the same problems. There would be a lot of crimes Some rich people would misbehave badly with others There would be drug dealers Prostitution and low manners would be more widespread as well There would be more smuggling, blackmail and stealing There would be more killers ,murderers and victims

Carroll spent his fortune in 18 months. He bought things like a Mercedes and a villa in Spain. He was in trouble with the law and paid fines. Bradley gave huge amounts of money to charity. He didn’t buy things for himself. He gives money to make the dreams of his family and friends come true.

He accumulated so much debts that he had to declare bankruptcy I would advise him to invest his money very well. He has paid thousands of dollars in fines for vandalism. I would advise him to spend his money wisely. He gave a huge amount to children’s charities as well as he help his family and friends. Actually He did very well. I would do the same thing if I were him.
