HARVEST GLOBAL INITIATIVE HGI:The Gospel In Action

HGI The Harvest Global Initiative is a association of NGO’s and Not For Profit agencies, who collectively provide programs and services to rural and urban communities. The Harvest Global Initiative has a mission to improve the quality of life one family at a time. To recognize what could be better and to do something about. And to cause greater faith and economic empowerment with in the Kingdom of God. HGI believes that through the efficient implementation of varies services, in 4 key divisions, we will be able to improve the quality of life for individuals and families worldwide.

HGI The Harvest Global Initiative continues to build capacity by providing association opportunities with other service provider, expanding our collective strength to meet the demands facing many urban communities. HGI primary revenue comes from the growing funding sources, of our strong growing network of faith based partners and contributors. HGI is open to other funding streams, however we recognize how important it is to have engaged partners who have first hand access and involvement into our overall goals and objectives.

We are a Mission Driven Media Ministry, inspired to make things better for families worldwide, we provide opportunities for anyone to Partner and be Rewarded, Realize their Dreams, and Reap Success through Sowing, Service and not selling! Our Mission, purpose and vision is to; Go out and improve the world, one family at a time, Recognize what could be better and do something about it. Cause Faith & Economic Empowerment within the Kingdom of God In addition, together we are your official partners in realizing your dream, but dreams require resources, and they require capital.

ALL CHURCHES & MINISTRIES NEED A PARTNERSHIP PLAN - An undeveloped Partners-Base equals an unfulfilled vision. Let’s face it, salvation is free, but ministry costs. Beyond the basics of overhead expenses, programming, outreach, and visionary efforts nearly all ministry endeavors require human and financial resources. - The good news is that God has already provided all the money any church will ever need for ministry. The bad news is that it’s in the pockets of those in the pews not given and the labor force most businesses carry, which may not attend or participate! - Supporting Various Mission Initiatives. Most churches have an expansion plan, strategic plan, even compensation plans, but few have a Partnership Plan. A God-given vision will always require the development of God’s people. After all, Jesus didn’t die for programs or buildings but for people who’d one day become disciples. There are 3 things we can do to develop disciples that fund God’s kingdom purposes and kingdom plans:

ARE WE FULFILLING THE GREAT COMMISSION?

1. We must Focus on the people not the steeple 1. We must Focus on the people not the steeple. The cross proves people aren’t a means to an ends, they are the ends in themselves. Think about how many people could be transformed by our kingdom mission, kingdom purpose and kingdom vision? Therefore, 2. We must Encourage deeper levels of commitment. By meeting people where they are while encouraging them to stretch further in honoring God with their time, talent and treasure. Then, 3. We must Connect the dots. By showing people how their support helps ministry do specific missions endeavors like a specific outreach or children’s programming and so much more. So Let Us Remember That Disciples are made overtime, and learn to become more like Jesus in how they love and even in how they give. Each person is capable of becoming a fully matured & developed disciple of Christ. However, we must be intentional about developing disciples. Once we do, the giver within them will mirror the Ultimate Giver, God.

OR HAS THE CHURCH LOST SIGHT OF IT?

And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily. Acts 16:5
