London Theatre Trip 2017 This trip has been organised by Study Experiences (part of the Newmarket group) who have been established since 1983. Study Experiences is a member of ABTA and holds an ATOL license. Therefore all monies paid are fully financially protected. Study Experiences is a member Learning Outside the Classroom and the School Travel Forum who have strict policies on safety and best practice.

London Theatre Trip 2017 Tuesday 18 July 2017 8.25am   Tuesday 18 July 2017 8.25am Staff and students meet in 1.05 in Art Centre with Bags 9.00am Coach departs for London 14.00pm Arrive at hotel Premier Inn Stanstead and Check in. 15.00pm Leave hotel for your transfer via coach into Central London with some panoramic sightseeing en-route. 17.00pm Evening meal at Rainforest Cafe. 19.30pm Evening performance of Phantom of The Opera starts, Her Majesty’s Theatre, 57 Haymarket 22.15 pm Show finishes, back on coach and return to hotel. 23.30pm Lights Out! Wednesday 19 July 2017 8.00am Wake up call 8.45am Breakfast 9.30am Check out of hotel, meet your coach and Tour Manager for a panoramic sightseeing tour. 12.00pm Packed lunch in St James Park 14.30pm Matinee performance of Wicked starts, Apollo Victoria Theatre, Wilton Road 17.30pm Meet coach and return to school 22.30pm (approx.) Parents to collect all students from school Bus Park. Time is approximate.

London Theatre Trip 2017 Things to Remember -Money for souvenirs and for dinner on the way home at services. -Gadget’s incl. mobile phones / cameras (entirely at own risk). Insurance is only provided for theft of personal belongings. -Appropriate foot wear – There will be some walking. -Clothing – you will not need a large amount of clothes (overnight wear, toiletries and clothing for Wednesday) -Water Proof jacket. -Pack lunch / snacks for journey (don’t bring anything messy!) -Bag for day time (lunch/purse etc.) Note: -No fizzy drinks on coach. -Money and valuables will stay with students not staff.

London Theatre Trip 2017 OGA expectations: To behave as would be expected at the academy. To follow instructions of OGA, Theatre, Rainforest Café, hotel and travel company staff. You must be in your own room by the specified time. Not to be using your mobile phone 24/7!
