Introduction What we did? Why we did it? How we did it? Where are we now? What about CLAW?

What we did? 3 public sector organisations 3 framework agreements 3 private sector partners property management services

Why we did it? current position – a mess! greater “market” attraction efficiency shared costs “making the connections” show others it can be done

How we did it? choose collaborating partners agree strategy/objectives commit tenders – cost/quality joint evaluation – get “right” partners work together just do it!

Where are we now? 3 months in slow start! still settling build up trust learn from mistakes hard work!

What about CLAW? could have done it alone financial support sense of purpose sharing information continuous improvement opportunities cost/experience/knowledge savings to other LA’s

Check out CLAW website - shortly! Or give me a call :  Ed Evans  
