How we can do

Approach granting quality 1/3 FINCONS GROUP adopts a methodology ISO certified, that allows to satisfy the quality expected by clients.  Quality in analysis The functional and technical requirements should be clearly formalized considering that they have to be effective for:  users, who have to be able to approve them;  developers, who have to be able to implement them correctly;  test engineers, who have to able to design correctly test cases. FINCONS GROUP methodology consists in using:  analysis templates and UML diagram;  prototypes to be submitted to key Users to faster converge to functional requirement, especially for the user interface design;  standard and popular tools

Approach granting quality 2/3  Quality in testing A correct and comprehensive test cases definition in addition to the execution by competent figures, with good visibility on the functional requirements, increase the likelihood of success of the testing process and optimize the quality of the final product. For these reasons, the Quality Assurance (QA) team is composed by the same analysts who have developed functional analyzes. This approach, ISO certified, reduces development costs because:  the QA team must not develop new skills for functional requirement;  approach to functional analysis can be lighter, that is it does not require a detailed analysis, as business requirement is known. A testing structured approach complete the likelihood of success of the test phase, in particular:  nightly build automatic run of the application unit tests, with the production of the log that contains the application components that have successfully passed the unit tests;  the definition of the test plan, namely the definition of test cycles to be performed in a test environment and the definition of test cases associated with the expected results;  automatic run at night and/or unrehearsed of regression test (Test environment only);  non functional tests automatic execution, namely performance and stress test (usually in a pre-production environment).

Approach granting quality 3/3  Quality of IT code Considering that IT code maintenance is directly related to the quality of the same, FINCONS GROUP adopts some ISO certified practices and tools to ensure the highest quality, ie:  it designs and shares with customers the software architecture (generally based on standard and popular models) and it monitors their adoption by FINCONS GROUP developers;  it defines and shares with customer standards and naming convention to be used for objects’ denomination (software, database, etc);  it defines and shares with customer measures of IT code quality, to be constantly monitored during the development;  it plans Quality Control sessions (Due Diligence) by the side of the customer, to analyse together the IT code developed and to verify the respect of expected qualitative parameters.  Documentation release. The technical documentation make the customer able to use it as asset for future changes
