How do you end your essay in a way that leaves your reader thinking?

In this lesson, you will learn how to draft a conclusion that will leave your reader thinking by explaining what will happen when changes are made and making a plea for action.

Let’s Review An opinion essay should include: An introduction that “hooks” the reader and states the opinion. Body paragraphs with supporting reasons. A conclusion that leaves the reader thinking.
