For example, one school day in second grade, my family was running late for school, and I didn’t have time to eat anything! My stomach was growling all morning and it was difficult to pay attention. I think that having a morning snack would help all students focus on learning, instead of hungry, growling stomachs! How can I connect this reason and example back to my opinion?

Math can be hard work, and sometimes my brain is so tired from all of that thinking. It is hard for me to focus for the rest of the morning without any breaks. Body Paragraph #2

Morning snack time would give us that break, and allow us to refocus so we can make the most of our learning time. How can I connect this reason and example back to my opinion? 14 Let’s Review Guided Practice Thesis Statement: If you want to have more energy and have a healthier life, you should choose to eat healthy foods. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains give your body vitamins and nutrients that your body needs to function properly. This can keep you from getting sick, so you don’t have to miss school or playtime! Last summer, I ate a lot of junk food and got sick with the flu. I was home sick for a whole week!
