Manor Circulator Provides local bus service within the City of Manor. The proposed service plan includes a flex option. -The bus travels on a defined route -The bus can flex off route within a limited area with advanced request capmetro.org 2

Why Now? Manor experienced a 37% change in population from 2010 to The Manor/Elgin Express provides service to Austin and Elgin, but there is currently no local service. The service is budgeted in the Capital Metro financial plan and the city’s growth shows a demand for additional transit services. capmetro.org 3
