COMPANY PROFILE The UNEX engineering-metallurgical complex specializes in the development, manufacture, assembly and modernization of bucket wheel excavators of its own trademark, designed for mining of mineral resources. Production ranges from large welded steel structures, bridges, portal and port cranes, production and sports halls, to fine machined weldments, such as turbine frames or key parts of construction or forming machines.

COMPANY PROFILE There are 3,500 employees in four plants in Uničov and Olomouc - Czech Republic, Snina and Prakovce - Slovakia. UNEX exports most of its production to leading companies all over the world. Thanks to its own foundries and forging shop, UNEX is self-sufficient in procuring machined castings and forgings for its own production.

CUT PARTS Dimension -thickness 1 – 250 mm -width up to 3,500 mm -length up to 14,000 mm Material standard structural steel, high-strength hardened steels S690QL, abrasion-resistant materials Hardox, fine-grained steels Weldox, QstE and other materials. We are ready to provide further processing of the cut parts including drilling, milling, planing, welding of simple subassemblies, surface finishing and other activities.
