8. 8 Manufacturing of sandwich panels Technology: high pressure foam filling in pneumatic-hydraulic pressures Material: two-part polyurethane foam ELASTOPOR /fully ecological foaming agent CFC-free/ surface of panel is made from painted aluminium alloy sheet thickness of 0,8 mm surface of the panel can be also – plywood, zinc-coated sheet, etc. Products: sandwich panel of thickness from 17 mm to 150 mm (self supporting) particular panels with maximum dimensions 1.200 x 2.600 mm can be joined together up to the length 9.000 mm

14. 14 General standards Containers are manufactured on base of „Container production certificate No. A-0277/06“ issued by Czech Industrial and Naval Register – Germanischer Lloyd in Prague. Containers are handled and maintained by the constructed equipment which is adapted to fitting ISO 1161. Container dimensions and weight are in compliance with ČSN ISO 668 +Amd.1+Amd.2 norm (Czech version of the International Standart). Further container parameters are in compliance with ČSN ISO 1496-1+A1 and further ISO standards. Containers are labelled with CSC (Convention for Safety Containers) label according to regulation ČSN ISO 6346. Container can withstand forces generated during road, railroad and waterway transport. The containers must be safely secured under ČSN ISO 3874 +Amd.1 +Amd.2 norm. Container can be handled:  by hoisting the upper or lower ISO corners with a lifting device  by using container handling system attached to the upper and lower ISO corners  on side forklifts
