User Classes and Characteristics: The admin, doctors will be the main users. The system is also designed to be user-friendly.  Admin  Doctors  Admin: Admin should have prior knowledge of the system. Admin is able to control the whole system. He/she can add, delete, update and modify the system.  Doctors: Doctor should fairly know about the usage of the system. Doctors are able to see the respective appointments taken. And also can view patient’s details and records.  Casual users: Anyone can view the information of the polyclinic, and also can take appointment online.

Log In There are two logins:  Admin  Doctor

ADMIN Admin can Add Doctor

ADMIN The doctors in clinic are listed here

ADMIN admin can book appointment for a patient

Appointments Admin receive the appointment,

Conformed Appointments When the admin is conform the appointment conformation mail send to user. Admin have in permission to conform the appointment & cancelation the appointment.

Canceled Appointments Conform appointments the doctor is not available that appointment time, we have the permissions to cancel the appointments. We have to send the cancellation mail.

Doctor Log In first we have to select the user role Doctor, there will be login id and passwords.

Hello Doctor If we click on case id doctor can add the prescriptions and he/she can view the last entered prescriptions also.
